Feng Shui services and Therapeutic Coaching for individuals and groups. Primary projects include architectural
and operational design consulting for the multi-housing industry.
Sue Picotte has 20+ years of Multi-Family
experience. She understands what will rent, how a building should flow when it is finished and highly occupied.
The quality of products and or finishes needed to stand the test of residents use over time, and what the on-site staff needs
to function efficiently. Sue
has been involved in business development, take-over, dispositions, new construction and site renovation. Sue is active in
Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) is currently a Board Member and Education Committee Chair.
Sue is the only multi-family professional who is a certified Black Sect Feng Shui Practitioner through The
Wind and Water Scool in Minneapolis, MN and an accredited Therapeutic Coach®, as well as a Master Hypnotherapist,
Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Practitioner of Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Programming
(HNLP).
